We offer returns on full-priced items within 21 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Sale items may be returned for an e-boutique credit only.

How do I care for my KOOKAÏ garments?
To maintain the quality of your pieces, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the internal garment label. Many of our signature fabrics require a cold hand wash or dry cleaning.
Can I return an online order in-store?
Yes, online orders can be returned at any KOOKAÏ boutique for an exchange or gift card. If you require a refund to your original payment method, this must be processed via our online returns warehouse.
